The Most Valuable Player Award<\/strong>, affectionately known as “The Mooby”<\/strong>, is presented annually to the VASHL\u2019s top player<\/strong> at the Walter Gretzky Street Hockey Tournament<\/strong><\/a>. This prestigious honor recognizes an individual who demonstrates exceptional skill, leadership, and impact on the court, elevating their team\u2019s performance throughout the tournament.<\/p>\n

The award\u2019s trophy features a statue of Mooby the Golden Calf<\/strong>, an iconic fictional character created by Kevin Smith<\/strong>\u2014a nod to both View Askew lore and the playful spirit of VASHL.<\/p>\n
