The Harley Quinn Award\u00a0<\/strong>is awarded, in select years, at the Walter Gretzky Street Hockey Tournament to an individual who has made outstanding contributions to the VASHL.<\/p>\n

It is named in honor of Kevin Smith’s daughter, Harley Quinn Smith<\/a>.\u00a0She was named after the Batman villain Harley Quinn<\/a>, whose image is featured on the award.<\/p>\n
